Audrey Tautou has to be the cutest actress in the world. Take Meg Ryan, mix in some brunette action, add acting skills, and a double shot of cute and you have Audrey. Amelie is probably one of my all time favorite movies. It didn’t make my top ten list but it’s definitely up in my top 30 or so. This movie is good for watching over and over again. Visually, it has some of the most beautiful frames and colors in cinema. The writing works fast with an engaging plot. The characters are interesting and completely lovable. Audrey was great in Dirty Pretty Things too. She shouldn’t have agreed to star in the trainwreck, Di Vinci Code, but who could have guess it was going to suck so bad. There a movie called Happenstance, that she also stars in. It’s one of her earlier works, but if you enjoyed Amelie, you’ll like Happenstance.

I wish i knew how to speak French. If i made a list of my favorite actresses, she’s would most definitely be in my top 5. It would be a toss up between Scarlet, Rosario, Natalie, Audrey, and Knightly.

I can’t wait until she makes another movie.
